| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Oklahoma must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Oklahoma street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Oklahoma or an entity authorized to do business in Oklahoma, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
